Speaking of "Lime Frost Green," by 1969 a slight variant of the color was
known as "Medium Lime Metallic" and was the single most popular color for
XR-7 Cougars that year. Be careful, though, about confusing these paints
or trying to match this paint color. Ford used several suppliers over the
years, and the 1967-68, 1969, and 1970 paints are therefore all very
